Job description Restorative Nursing Assistant positions across all shifts Feeding, restorative dinning, all weights for the center, treatments with residents as TX are given. Estrella Health and Rehab, an award-winning Skilled Nursing Facility located in Avondale, is looking for a AZ licensed, CNA/LNA for our sub acute and our long term care unit. Come join our fun/fast paced environment. Positions are Full-time/PRN and the following positions are open: We have 2 open positions 4 - 10 hour shift with rotating weekends. We have a great environment for working well with others.
