• Qualifications
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or completion of a Nursing Assistant training program
• Knowledge of urgent care, caregiving, emergency medicine, and home community care practices
• Familiarity with physiology and aseptic techniques
• Experience in a teaching hospital setting is a plus
• Ability to phlebotomize patients when necessary
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor
