Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated RNsto join the team for PRN shifts at a couple different Rehab Hospitals. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to residents recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, supporting their rehabilitation and overall well-being in a skilled nursing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor residents' vital signs and report changes in condition Provide wound care and assist with rehabilitation-related treatments Support residents with daily living activities as needed Accurately document care, treatments, and observations Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and other healthcare staff Ensure compliance with care plans, safety standards, and facility policies Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights

Qualifications:

Active RN license in good standing with at least 6 months of either nursing home, skilled, med surg, or rehab facility experience within the last 3yrs Current CPR/First Aid certification & TB test within the last 12 months (or willingness to obtain) Previous experience in rehabilitation or skilled nursing preferred Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Temporary Pay:
