Your responsibilities may include:

Providing compassionate, respectful hands-on resident care Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and feeding Taking and accurately recording vital signs Completing required documentation in our EMR/EHR system Supporting resident comfort, dignity, independence, and safety Following individualized care plans Communicating changes in resident condition to the nursing team Working closely with nurses, CNAs, therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary team Providing additional support to residents with memory-care or developmental needs Maintaining resident privacy and following HIPAA requirements Creating a positive environment for residents, families, and your teammates What We're Looking For We aren't just looking for someone who can do the job.
