We're rebooting our Restorative Program and looking for an energetic, creative, and dedicated Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA) to take ownership of this role and bring fresh ideas, fun, and enthusiasm to our residents' daily routines.

RNA:

Lead group and one-on-one restorative activities (range of motion, stretching, mobility exercises, etc.) Assist residents with braces, splints, and adaptive equipment Partner with physical and occupational therapy to carry out care plans Encourage residents by making sessions motivating, positive, and engaging Monitor and document progress, including monthly weights Support the CNA team when needed to ensure excellent resident care

What We're Looking For:

Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) 6a-6p (these hours are not set in stone, and open for discussion) Must have weekend availability A team player who is also self-motivated and ready to take ownership of the program Someone who enjoys being active—this role includes lifting, stretching, and being on your feet A caring professional who wants to make exercise and restorative care fun, meaningful, and effective If you're a CNA ready to grow your career and help us build an engaging, resident-focused Restorative Program, we'd love to meet you!
