Responsibilities Provide direct patient care Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs. Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient management. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans. Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations while providing care. Qualifications Valid CNA license Knowledge of physiology and patient care best practices
