Days, Nights & Weekends CNA Responsibilities Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and ADLs . Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff. Take and document vital signs and resident observations as required. Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests. Assist in maintaining clean, organized resident rooms and changing linens. Provide compassionate direct resident care in the SNF setting. Communicate resident questions, concerns, and changes in condition to nurses. Maintain accurate care documentation in accordance with facility policy. Work collaboratively with nurses, residents, families, physicians, and other departments.
