Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities): As a CNA at Arroyo Grande Care Center, you will provide compassionate, high-quality care to our residents.

Your daily impact will include:

Providing direct resident care, including assisting with bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, and mobility. Taking and recording vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, etc.) and monitoring fluid intake/output. Assisting residents safely during transfers and ambulation using proper equipment (Hoyer lifts, wheelchairs, walkers). Collaborating closely with the Charge Nurse to ensure a safe, comfortable, and clean environment for our residents. Recognizing and promptly reporting any changes in a resident's condition. Certification:

Active and valid California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (Required)

Clearances:

Ability to successfully pass a background check, reference check, physical exam, and TB clearance

Physical Ability:
