Full-Time Opportunity Consistent full-time schedule Stable client assignments Additional shifts available for those seeking overtime One-on-one care in clients' homes Pay & Benefits $20.00-$25.00 per hour (based on level of care) Weekly pay via direct deposit Paid orientation and ongoing training Opportunities for career advancement Flexible scheduling when additional hours are available Referral bonus program Supportive office staff available 24/7 Recognition and appreciation for outstanding caregivers What You'll Do As a caregiver, you'll provide personalized care that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene Safe transfers and mobility assistance Toileting and incontinence care Meal preparation and feeding assistance Medication reminders Light housekeeping and laundry Transportation to appointments and errands Companionship and meaningful conversation Monitoring client well-being and communicating changes with the care team What We're Looking For Current or previous CNA experience strongly preferred Experience providing hands-on personal care Compassionate, dependable, and patient Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and follow individualized care plans A genuine passion for improving the lives of older adults Qualifications Professional caregiving or CNA experience required Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance Ability to pass a background check Negative TB test (or willingness to obtain one) Home Care Aide (HCA) registration preferred or willingness to obtain after hire Why Join United Care Home Care?
