As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. Under the direction of a licensed nurse, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care essential to the personal needs and comfort of our residents. This includes, but is not limited to: Assisting residents with or performing Activities of Daily Living (ADL). Assisting residents with ambulation and transfers. Assisting licensed nurses with treatments and procedures as needed. Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information. Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment. Qualifications (We Welcome New Grads!): Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program. Current CNA certification. High school diploma or equivalent. Basic knowledge of computer use, or willingness to learn. Preferred (But Not Required): Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment. Nursing Assistant experience providing direct care to multiple residents. Behavioral care or memory care experience. Equal Opportunity Employer.
