Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Taking and recording vital signs
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Providing compassionate emotional support and companionship
