CNA Full Job Description Job Summary:

Chino Hills ADHC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support services to our adult day health care participants under the supervision of a registered nurse. Your duties will include assisting participants with activities of daily living, such as toileting, as well as monitoring vital signs and maintaining accurate documentation of participant care.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and support services to adult day health care participants, including assistance with activities of daily living. Monitor participant vital signs and report any changes to the registered nurse. Assist with participant transportation and ambulation as needed. Maintain accurate documentation of participant care, including recording vital signs, documenting care provided, and updating care plans as needed. Maintain a clean and safe environment for participants, following all infection control protocols and safety guidelines. Communicate effectively with participants, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of California. Minimum of 1 year experience working as a CNA, preferably in a long-term care or adult day health care setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to speak Mandarin. Cantonese preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
