As a CNA, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care by assisting with activities of daily living and supporting the nursing team in delivering exceptional care. $22.00 per hour Benefits

• Supportive leadership team, including an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) and Director of Staff Development (DSD) Responsibilities
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs and promptly report changes in residents' conditions.
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and personal comfort.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Ensure residents are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.
• Follow all facility policies, infection control procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to provide outstanding resident care. Qualifications
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing quality resident care.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required.
