This is an excellent opportunity for CNAs looking for a flexible schedule while making a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care by assisting with activities of daily living and supporting the nursing team in delivering exceptional care. You will work under the direction of licensed nurses and in accordance with each resident's individualized care plan. About Our Facility- 5-Star Medicare Rated Facility

- Supportive leadership team, including an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) and Director of Staff Development (DSD) Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Take and record vital signs and promptly report changes in residents' conditions.
- Support residents with meals, hydration, and personal comfort.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
- Ensure residents are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.
- Follow all facility policies, infection control procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to provide outstanding resident care. Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing quality resident care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required.
