Duties Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring proper documentation in medical records while adhering to HIPAA regulations Utilize medical terminology knowledge to accurately document patient information Operate medical equipment including Hoyer lifts and ensure proper infection control practices during all patient interactionsExperience Previous experience working as a CNA in home & community care environments is highly preferred Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required; additional certifications such as phlebotomy or medication administration are a plus Ability to work effectively with diverse populations including individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges.
