Maven Behavioral Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support our residential treatment facilities across Dana Point, Oceanside, Carlsbad, and Encinitas. This is a traveling role. The CNA will move between locations as needed based on coverage requirements. Summary of position responsibilities includes but is not limited to: Take and record client vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respirations, weight) Assist clients with self-administration of medications in accordance with facility protocols and physician orders Monitor clients for signs of withdrawal, medical distress, or changes in condition, and report concerns promptly to nursing staff, physicians, or the Program Director Assist clients with activities of daily living and personal care as needed Conduct routine client checks and document observations accurately Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in client records Help ensure medications are properly stored, counted, and secured in compliance with regulations Respond appropriately to medical emergencies, including initiating CPR and First Aid Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for clients Travel between Dana Point, Oceanside, Carlsbad, and Encinitas facilities as scheduled Attend all mandatory trainings Maintain compliance with facility rules, regulations, and safety procedures Report any discrepancies or concerns to the Program Director or supervisor on duty Required qualifications/experience: Active California CNA certification in good standing Current First Aid/CPR certification, or willing/able to obtain Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (required for travel between sites) Reliable transportation Preferred qualifications/experience: Previous experience in behavioral health, detox, or substance use treatment settings Previous experience with 12-step programs Maven Behavioral Health is a quickly growing company with abundant opportunity for advancement.
