00 per hour (Based on experience) El Centro Post Acute is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist residents during scheduled meal times in our long-term care dining room. This position is structured around resident meal coverage and is not a full traditional 8-hour CNA assignment. Shift Structure Shifts are broken down based on resident meal times and dining room coverage needs: Breakfast coverage block Lunch coverage block Dinner coverage block Candidates may work: 2-hour blocks 4-hour blocks (two meal periods) 6-hour blocks (multiple meal periods) Breaks occur between meal service times. Primary Responsibilities Assist residents with feeding during meal times Ensure proper positioning and safety during dining Help distribute trays and prepare dining areas Monitor intake and report concerns to nursing staff Maintain dignity, patience, and compassionate care Requirements Active California CNA certification•

REQUIRED
