Golden Empire Nursing and Rehab, located in the beautiful city of Grass Valley, is immediately hiring! Provides for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary and ambulating, turning, and positioning patients; and providing fresh water and nourishment between meals. Maintains patient stability by checking vital signs. Provides patient comfort by utilizing resources and materials; transporting patients; answering patients' call lights and requests; and reporting observations of the patient to nursing supervisor. Document timely, accurate and appropriate clinical information in patient medical record. Collaborate with other staff in working with the population of the facility to treat and rehabilitate.
