Part-Time Job Summary Highland Palms is seeking a compassionate and dependable Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. The CNA will provide high-quality, resident-centered care while supporting the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about caregiving and thrives in a team-oriented environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Monitor and document resident conditions, vital signs, and changes in behavior Provide emotional support and promote resident dignity and independence Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests Assist nursing staff with clinical tasks as assigned Maintain a clean, safe, and organized resident environment Follow all facility policies, safety procedures, and infection control standards Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care team members Qualifications Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred Ability to work part-time hours, including weekends or holidays as needed Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care Ability to meet physical demands of the position, including lifting and assisting residents Pay Range (EEOC Disclosure) $18.50 - $20.00 per hour, DOE (Depending on Experience) Why Join Highland Palms Supportive and collaborative work environment Meaningful work making a difference in residents' lives Competitive pay based on experience Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Highland Palms is an Equal Opportunity Employer .
