Join HumanGood community as a Certified Nursing Assistant in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this mission-driven, resident-focused role, you'll provide compassionate, hands-on care to older adults in a senior living setting. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, vital signs, mobility support, and accurate documentation while maintaining dignity, safety, and infection control standards. You'll collaborate with a supportive clinical team that values integrity, inclusion, and continuous learning. Responsibilities Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding). Take and record vital signs, report changes in condition to licensed nursing staff promptly. Support safe resident transfers and mobility using proper body mechanics and equipment. Maintain residents' comfort, dignity, and privacy while delivering person-centered care. Assist with meal service, hydration, and nutritional monitoring for residents. Document care provided in electronic or paper records per community protocols. Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team to follow individualized care plans. Maintain a clean, safe environment by following infection control and safety procedures. Engage residents in social interaction and activities to support emotional well-being. Communicate compassionately with residents, families, and team members.
