Qualifications:

Active CNA certification required Previous experience in a long-term care or hospital setting strongly preferred Proficiency in assisting with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding Ability to accurately document observations and care provided Strong interpersonal skills and a caring, patient-centered approach Ability to work collaboratively with nursing and interdisciplinary team members

Primary Responsibilities:
