$3 SHIFT
DIFFERENTIAL ALL SHIFTS AM/PM/NOC SIGN ON BONUS
$1,000 will be paid in payments $250 at 90 days $250 at 6 months and $500 at a year. Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients, assisting with daily activities and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Duties Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. Provide basic care for patients with special needs, including those with developmental disabilities or memory care requirements (e.g., Alzheimer's or dementia). Support nursing staff in administering medications and treatments as directed. Maintain patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist in the mobility of patients using equipment such as Hoyer lifts. Ensure cleanliness and safety of patient environments in accordance with aseptic techniques. Engage in ongoing education regarding patient care best practices and medical terminology. Qualifications Previous experience in critical care, long-term care, or assisted living settings is preferred. Experience working with diverse populations including geriatrics, pediatrics, or individuals requiring hospice care is beneficial. Understanding of anatomy and physiology as well as medical documentation standards is essential. Ability to provide compassionate caregiving while maintaining professionalism in all interactions. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams. $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
