Point Click Required Qualifications California CNA License is required Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Must be flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays Responsibilities Receive and provide reports regarding residents' conditions and care needs Make rounds on residents and assess new residents and those who are ill, have fallen, or sustained an injury Document assessments according to facility policy Notify nursing staff of changes in residents' conditions or needs Assist with direct resident care Respond promptly to call lights Promote positive working relationships with residents, families, physicians, coworkers, and other departments Perform other duties as assigned Certifications
