Compensation Pay Rate:
$20.60-$22.00 per hour (DOE) $2,500 Sign-On Bonus! Eligible full-time CNAs can receive a $2,500 sign-on bonus , paid in five increments according to the facility's bonus payout schedule. Support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being. Take and record vital signs, weights, and other resident information as directed. Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff. Accurately document care provided and maintain resident records. Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests and needs. Assist with implementing individualized care plans. Promote resident dignity, comfort, and independence. Collaborate effectively with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other team members to provide exceptional care. Qualifications Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
