What You'll Do:
Deliver quality nursing care as outlined in resident-specific care plans. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while maintaining their comfort and dignity. Effectively communicate with residents, their families, and your fellow team members. Closely observe residents and report any changes in their condition to the nursing staff.
Requirements:
Must hold a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in accordance with state regulations. A passion for providing compassionate, high-standard care to a vulnerable population.
