Pay:
$23-26 DOE + Benefits White Blossom Care Center is seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team. DOE Benefits:
Comprehensive benefits package Responsibilities Provide high‑quality, hands‑on care to residents in accordance with their care plans Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support residents with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation Take and record vital signs, weights, and other health indicators Maintain accurate documentation following facility and regulatory guidelines Create a positive and respectful environment for residents, families, and staff Communicate changes in resident condition promptly to nursing staff Uphold infection control, safety, and compliance standards at all times Qualifications Current CNA certification in the state of California Ability to work cooperatively with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team Strong communication, reliability, and compassion Prior skilled nursing or long‑term care experience preferred, but not required Must pass background check and health screening in accordance with state regulations Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and sick leave Retirement plan options Shift differentials (if applicable) Career growth and training opportunities Supportive leadership and a team‑oriented work culture How to Apply Please submit your resume or apply in person at White Blossom Care Center.
