Setting:

Travel assignment in a perioperative/hospital environment - Assignment type: Travel - Temporary Responsibilities Perform the professional functions of a Registered Nurse in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating perioperative patient care. Assist under the direction of the primary operating surgeon in the perioperative care of patients undergoing surgery. Coordinate, manage, provide, and delegate patient care within the perioperative team. Maintain adherence to established Standards of Nursing Practice and promote cooperation among the health care team. Comply with facility policies and guidelines; report to the Director of Perioperative Services. Demonstrate leadership and professionalism as an expanded RN role (RNFA) in the perioperative setting.
