You will be responsible for providing compassionate care by helping individuals with activities of daily living, which include (but are not limited to): Assisting with showering, bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, and toileting Assisting with transferring/moving client from place to place throughout their home Performing household activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, washing dishes, changing bed linens, laundry, and cleaning the bathroom Preparing/cooking nutritious meals and snacks Providing transportation and accompanying clients on errands or appointments Dementia care Companionship activities such as reading, music, crafts, games, puzzles, etc. Medication reminders Assisting with prescribed range of motion exercisesBENEFITS

18 years of age Able to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job;BILINGUAL
a plus High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred Preferably one year of caregiving experience, but no less than six months. Caring for a family member counts! We are willing to train people new to the field that are interested in a caregiving career.
