Position Summary:
Provides routine daily nursing care and services to assigned patients per their care plan and as directed by clinical supervisors
Qualifications:
If you meet the below - please apply! Current state CNA certificate Current state RNA certificate CPR/BLS certifications Kind, positive, patient personality with the ability to remain calm in stressful situations Maintains confidentiality and privacy for patients
Responsibilities:
Assists nursing staff in providing restorative care to patients/residents Performs restorative and therapy activities with patients as trained and delegated Helps residents to sit, stand, walk, etc. Assists with activities of daily living (grooming, bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, etc.) Monitors and reports on any patient changes in conditions Ensures nursing care is provided in privacy and patient information is kept confidential Assists therapy department with resident mobility - transports patients to and from various locations throughout the facility Uses proper lifting and transitioning techniques when assisting residents from wheelchair to bed, bed to chair, etc.
