Now Offering a 4-On / 2-Off Rotation We are transitioning to a new 4/2 schedule rotation to promote better work-life balance and scheduling consistency for our team. CNA Job Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Provide compassionate, respectful, resident-centered care Take and record vital signs as assigned Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff Maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment for residents and coworkers Support residents' dignity, comfort, and emotional well-being
CNA Qualifications Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Strong communication and interpersonal skills Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required New grads encouraged to apply
