Available Shifts Full-Time & Part-Time Day Shift:

•7:30 AM Full-time positions require rotating weekends , approximately two weekends per month CNA Job Duties & Responsibilities Take and record clients' vital signs and report significant changes to the nursing team Observe clients and document relevant changes in condition, behavior, and daily activities Assist with serving meals and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment Develop positive relationships with clients and learn their individual needs, routines, and behavioral patterns Communicate with clients in a supportive, respectful, and compassionate manner Work collaboratively with site staff and the nursing team to support client care Meet clients where they are in their individual journey and provide encouragement and support Maintain clean client rooms and change bedding as needed Assist with laundry and ensure clients have appropriate clothing and clean bedding Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records Follow established safety, infection-control, and client-care procedures CNA Requirements & Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification Knowledge of basic medical terminology Excellent observation and communication skills Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Basic computer and documentation/record-keeping skills Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds in a respectful and compassionate manner Required Before Starting Current CPR certification TB test results within the last 12 months Physical examination results within the last 12 months Current California CNA certification Why Join Advance Nursing Services?
