Responsibilities Position Overview:

Provides safe, efficient and therapeutic patient care for patients who need a sitter while in the hospital, which includes constant observation, while under direction of Licensed Nurse and Medical Staff. Qualifications Notice to

Applicants:

The position is available as either Sitter, Nurse Tech or Sitter, CNA . Placement into the appropriate role will be based on the candidate's qualifications, including whether they possess a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. Candidates who do not possess a CNA certification will be considered for the Sitter, Nurse Tech position. The pay for this role ranges from $24.15 to $28.60 per hour , depending on the position and qualifications. We encourage candidates with or without a CNA certification to apply.

Required:

High school Diploma or equivalent (GED) Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (Sitter, CNA applicants only) One (1) year experience as a Nurse Tech in an acute care setting or skilled nursing facility Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
