- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and dining
- Measure and record vital signs (TPRs), weights, and intake/output as instructed
- Respond promptly to call lights and ensure residents unable to call for assistance are checked frequently
- Observe and report changes in resident condition, skin integrity, or behavior to the Charge Nurse
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as directed
- Provide restorative and rehabilitative care under nursing supervision
- Maintain resident rooms, equipment, and personal belongings in a clean and orderly manner
- Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality policies at all times
- Report accidents, incidents, concerns, or potential violations immediately
- Foster a warm, respectful, and positive environment for residents, families, and coworkers Supervisory Responsibilities

- Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- CPR certification preferred Skills & Abilities
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with compassion and professionalism

- Ability to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and assisting with resident mobility
