Job Description

Vi Living, a luxury senior living leader, seeks a compassionate CNA/LNA to provide exceptional bedside care in our continuing care community. In this resident-first role, you'll assist with daily living needs, mobility, and personal care while honoring residents' dignity and independence. You'll closely observe and report changes in condition, support restorative activities, and follow strict safety and infection-control standards. Responsibilities Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding). Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to licensed nurses promptly. Support safe mobility, transfers, and use of assistive devices. Accurately document care, vital signs, and observations in accordance with facility protocols. Maintain a clean, safe, and dignified environment for residents. Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards at all times. Offer compassionate emotional support and meaningful engagement to residents. Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team to support care plans. Assist with restorative and rehabilitative activities as directed. Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives.
