Experience Frasier. What You Will Do As a CNA, you'll help residents feel safe, comfortable, and cared for each day. You'll assist with personal care and activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers, while encouraging residents to maintain as much independence as possible. You'll monitor residents' wellbeing, take vital signs, document care, and communicate any changes or concerns to the nursing team. You'll also respond promptly to resident needs, help maintain a clean and welcoming living environment, and support residents during meals. Just as important, you'll build meaningful relationships with residents and their families. Working alongside fellow CNAs and a supportive RN team, you'll play an important role in creating a warm, respectful environment where residents feel valued and at home.

What You Will Earn Pay Range:

$20.80

  • 23.53 per hour PLUS shift differentials. Potential earnings up to $28.03 per hour. +$1.75/hour (Evenings): $22.55
  • 25.28 +$2.75/hour (Overnights): $23.55
  • 26.28 +$1.75/hour (Weekends): $22.55
  • 25.28 +$3.50/hour (Evenings + Weekends): $24.30
  • 27.03 +$4.50/hour (Overnights + Weekends): $25.30
  • 28.

03 What You Will Need Must possess a current Nurse's Aide Certification Must have ability to read, write, and speak the English language Minimum of 1-year experience preferred Must be able to demonstrate computer competency including electronic medical records charting and company e-mail You Will be a Great Fit Strong communication and relationship-building skills that help you create meaningful connections with residents, families, and team members. A caring, patient-centered approach and a genuine passion for helping older adults maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence. Good observation skills and attention to detail, allowing you to notice changes in residents' wellbeing and communicate concerns promptly. The ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and provide accurate documentation while responding to resident needs throughout your shift. A collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with fellow CNAs, nurses, and other team members to provide exceptional care and support.
