Required License & Education:

Active Certified Nursing Assistant License in Colorado In good standing with DORA High School Diploma 2 years CNA experience

CNA Job Role:

The CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant will provide basic personal care to patients. CNA -

Certified Nursing Assistant Responsibilities:

Assists patients in their homes and/or facilities. Assists patients with personal care including bathing, grooming, hygiene and placement of adaptive equipment Ensures clear communication with RNCM about patient needs after every visit. Reports all changes in patient condition to supervisor as soon as possible Assures that patients are positioned appropriately for meals and assists with feeding as needed per individual plan of care Completes all required documentation prior to end of shift
