- Independent CRNA practice model with physician support available as needed
- Join an established, highly collegial team of 3 CRNAs
- 75th percentile compensation with a competitive recruitment package
- 4-day workweek supporting real work-life balance
- Shared call rotation (Fridays only, approximately 2 per month)
- Diverse case mix including General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, GYN, Pain Management, Dental, and Ophthalmology
