CNA - DAY/EVE Certified Nursing Assistant- We offer daily pay! Friday-Sunday

Job Summary:

We are looking for talented, driven individuals that can make a positive impact with our residents. Preferably someone who welcomes making a difference in our residents lives and is determined to grow. Schedule may change depending on availability and desired hours, but we are pretty flexible. Availability from Friday-Sunday is required. We are trying to make this facility the best in Northern Colorado.

Duties:

• Assist nurses and other healthcare professionals in providing direct patient care
• Perform basic medical procedures such as taking vital signs, collecting specimens, and administering medication under the supervision of a nurse
• Assist with patient mobility, including transferring and lifting patients
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
• Document patient information accurately and timely using electronic medical record systems such as Cerner and eClinicalWorks
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families

Experience:

• Previous experience working with children or in behavioral health settings is preferred
• Familiarity with sterile processing techniques and equipment is a plus
• Knowledge of airway management procedures and gastric lavage is beneficial
• Experience working with special needs patients is a plus
• Familiarity with durable medical equipment (DME) is an advantage Please note that the specific duties and experience requirements may vary depending on the healthcare facility and the specific needs of the patients.
