Hospice CNA - PRN Community setting

Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) PRN-Variable CNA's for Hospice are responsible for providing personal care and homemaker services to our patients. Our CNA's meet the needs of our patients under the supervision of the Registered Nurse. They are part of the interdisciplinary team that all work together to create a one-of a kind experience for our patients and their families.

Purpose:

The CNA (PRN) is designed to provide flexible staffing solutions. PRN coverage will be utilized for coverage related to:

PTO, FAMLI/FLMA, HFWA

Leave, Vacancies that are being actively recruited to fill.

Availability Requirements:

All CNA PRN's must be available for at least 24 hours of work per month. They may identify the days and shifts they are available but must include 1 weekend shift. A general availability should be provided, with a more detailed availability submitted the month prior to scheduling. PRN's are expected to work up to the 24 hours per month, unless no shifts are available for the approved divisions they are trained or cleared for.

What You Bring:

Current Colorado CNA License Valid Colorado Driver s license, adequate automobile insurance and reliable transportation, if providing care in the community setting A genuine spirit of caring and compassion Effective communication and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
