Rock Canyon Respiratory & Rehabilitation is one of Colorado's most unique post-acute care facilities, offering multiple levels of specialized care including ventilator and respiratory care, rehabilitation services, memory care, and long-term care. We are currently seeking passionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Position Summary The Certified Nursing Assistant provides direct resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. CNAs play a vital role in supporting residents' daily needs, promoting dignity, safety, and comfort, while helping maintain the highest level of quality care. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility Provide compassionate care while maintaining resident dignity and respect Monitor residents and report changes in condition to licensed nursing staff Support residents receiving specialized services including respiratory/ventilator care, rehabilitation, and memory care Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers Qualifications Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Colorado Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset Passion for serving seniors and individuals requiring skilled care Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare environment Why Join Rock Canyon?
