$18.00/hour + $500 weekly tax-free stipend ( $1,148 gross weekly pay ) 12-hour shifts Day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts available based on facility needs Position Overview SpectrumACS, a division of American Correctional Solutions, is hiring experienced Certified Nursing Assistants for a travel assignment at a state inpatient psychiatric facility in Pueblo, Colorado. This facility provides care for adult forensic and civil inpatient behavioral health populations in a secure, team-based hospital environment. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in an inpatient psychiatric setting. Minimum one year of inpatient psychiatric CNA experience within the last five years. Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) Observe, monitor, and report changes in patient behavior and condition Document patient care accurately and timely Assist nursing staff with therapeutic interventions Utilize crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques Participate in MANDT crisis management and restraint training Requirements Active Colorado CNA certification (or ability to obtain Colorado certification before start) Minimum one year of CNA experience in an inpatient psychiatric or behavioral health setting within the last five years Current AHA BLS certification Experience working in secure, forensic, or inpatient psychiatric settings preferred Ability to work day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts as assigned Ability to lift 50+ lbs
