Bring your talents with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on care experience to join our Care Partner Registry, supporting older adults and their families throughout the Denver metro area. Please do not apply unless you are a CNA and have at least 3 years of professional caregiving experience. These requirements are firm. As a Care Partner, you can: Choose assignments that fit your experience, availability, and preferred location Provide one-on-one care and support to older adults in their homes Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, personal care, dementia care, companionship, transportation, and light household needs Work more independently than in a traditional agency setting Negotiate your rate as an independent contractor Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families
REQUIRED
Qualifications
•No Exceptions Current CNA certification Minimum 3 years of professional caregiving experience; 3-5+ years strongly preferred Demonstrated experience caring for seniors, preferably in a home-care setting Reliable transportation Ability to pass required background screening and CAPS check Professional liability insurance (can add on later) Dependable, professional, and compassionate Able to work independently and communicate effectively with clients and families
