The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse patient populations, including individuals memory care needs. This role involves assisting with daily activities. The CNA will play a vital role in fostering a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for patients and their families. Also, highly seeking Male CNA's Duties Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Asstising patients to doctor Appointments. Provide specialized care for patients with conditions such as Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or behavioral health needs. Assist with patient transfers, positioning, and mobility to promote comfort and prevent complications. Engage in ongoing training basic life support (BLS), and other relevant certifications. Qualifications Valid Certified Nursing Assistant certification required. Experience working in diverse healthcare environments such as , nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospice care. Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages—including pediatrics—and those with disabilities or complex health needs such as behavioral health or memory care. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. Physical ability to assist with patient transfers and perform duties requiring standing for extended periods. Commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance and safeguarding patient confidentiality.
