• 2:00 PM Female client with MS, mild dementia, PTSD, epilepsy, and anxiety. Duties include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, and companionship. Client is sensitive to fragrances, so no perfume or strong lotions. Must wear a mask and shoe covers. Client has a cat. Plantsville, CT Monday
• Saturday | 9:00 AM
• 2:00 PM Female hospice client with dementia and a high fall risk. Duties include personal care, shower assistance, dressing, grooming, changing linens, laundry, bedroom and bathroom cleaning, feeding assistance, and companionship. Avon, CT Monday, Thursday & Friday | 1:00 PM
• 6:00 PM Male client requiring assistance with showers, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. West Hartford, CT Thursday | 9:45 AM
• 12:45 PM Saturday & Sunday | 9:00 AM
• 12:00 PM Male client with dementia. Duties include daily laundry, changing bed linens, preparing breakfast and lunch, light housekeeping, and companionship. Client 1-Middletown, CT Monday, Tuesday & Friday | 11:00 AM
• 3:00 PM Male client with Parkinson's disease and a high fall risk. Duties include personal care, shower assistance, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, toileting assistance, ambulation support, PT exercises, housekeeping, laundry, and companionship. Client 2-Middletown, CT Wednesday & Friday | 10:00 AM
• 1:00 PM Male client with dementia.

Duties include light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders, transportation, and companionship.

Qualifications:
