Caregiver / HHA / PCA / CNA Responsibilities As an in‑home caregiver, you will: Provide transportation to appointments Support Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) : bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility assistance. Help with Instrumental ADLs (IADLs) : meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, laundry, local errands/grocery shopping and appointments. Provide companionship and safety supervision : friendly conversation, games and activities, walks, and regular safety checks. Follow the individualized home care plan for each client and document visits in our mobile app. Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition, safety, behavior, or schedule to the office promptly. Waiver, CHCPE, Foster/FMLA and related CT home‑ and community‑based services. Private pay home care clients needing companionship, personal care, and household support. You'll gain valuable experience with a variety of complex care needs while working one‑on‑one in the client's home environment. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in home care, home health, assisted living, group homes, residential programs, or nursing homes .
