Job Description
- full time and part time available
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct resident care under the supervision of an RN & or LPN.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Take and record residents weights
- Monitor residents conditions and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Assist with mobility and ambulation of residents
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families
- Document care on electronic charting system.
