Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide safe and compassionate care while maintaining residents' dignity and independence Take and record vital signs, weights, and other health information as required Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to nursing staff Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
Qualifications:
Current CNA certification (required) Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable and committed to weekend scheduling
Schedule:
