August 24, 2026 Wilton Meadows is offering a paid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Training Program for motivated individuals looking to begin a rewarding career in healthcare. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience while earning pay during your training. Start your health care career and change lives, including your own, by joining Wilton Meadows in a Paid nurse Aide Training Program. The training is free, no experience required, only a desire to provide compassionate care to patients/residents and their families. From start to finish, the program can take up to 4 weeks. Placement in Wilton Meadows Healthcare is a guarantee upon a successful completion of the training and certification exam.

4 weeks

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM Paid training provided at $17.50/hour Increase to $21.50/hou r upon successful completion of the CNA exam Combination of classroom instruction and hands-on clinical experience

Requirements:

Commitment to work at Wilton Meadows for at least 18 months upon successful completion of the program at full time or part time. Mandatory attendance for all scheduled classes (no exceptions) Must have reliable transportation to attend daily sessions and clinical training

Qualifications:

Minimum of a high school education or high school equivalency diploma is preferred. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the spoken English language as nurse aides must listen and respond to patient/resident concerns. They also need to share information with other healthcare workers. Must have the physical stamina to be on your feet all day and perform tasks such as lifting or moving patients/residents.

Responsibilities During Training:

Participate actively in all classroom and clinical sessions Learn and demonstrate basic nursing assistant skills Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Provide compassionate care to residents under supervision
