Success in this role requires a commitment to state-of-the-art care, adherence to regulatory compliance, implementation of nationally recognized best practices, a consistent focus on customer satisfaction, and a big heart. Duties

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and feeding
• Take and record vital signs accurately
• Provide basic patient care.
• Support medical staff with procedures and treatments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient areas
• Update and maintain medical records systems with accuracy
• Monitor and report changes in patient health status
• Provide basic life support as needed Requirements
• Previous experience in caregiving or in a nursing home setting is preferred
• Knowledge of physiology and medical terminology is a plus
• Ability to perform tasks efficiently under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Two years of CNA experience is prefered.
