Responsibilities may include:

Obtaining and documenting vital signs Performing blood glucose testing Monitoring and documenting intake and output Obtaining and documenting patient weights Assisting patients with personal hygiene and activities of daily living Providing comfort and support to patients Safely transporting and repositioning patients Supporting the nursing team with direct patient care Providing 1:1 patient observation when assigned to help ensure patient safety Requirements Completion of a state-approved CNA program Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification CPI certification may be required prior to your first shift Minimum 6 months of acute care/hospital CNA experience, with recent experience within the last year Competency performing blood glucose testing Experience obtaining and documenting vital signs, intake and output, and patient weights Ability to safely assist patients with personal hygiene, activities of daily living, mobility, and transportation Ability to provide compassionate, attentive care in a hospital environment Why Work Per Diem With CareRev?
