Job description Flourish is looking for a compassionate, caring, dedicated caregiver to provide care to a female client with Parkinson. This lovely lady needs some personal care , companionship, brain engagement and hand on assistance, Hand held assist for transfers.

Schedule:

Weekends 7:00 am -7:00 pm Our client will need help with the following: Checking and recording vital signs Medication reminders Providing companionship Meal Preparation Brain engagement reading Work with us! Higher rates than other agencies! All caregivers (including live-ins) are W-2 employees with taxes taken out 401k Retirement Plan Dental, vision, cancer, critical illness, disability insurance available 12 hours of training per year (paid) and additional online training is available for free Workers compensation and liability insurance coverage We match caregivers with clients Work reasonable distances from your home Job Requirements Valid CNA license / HHA certification required AHCA Level 2 Background Screening CPR certification and negative TB test Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance Ceu's HIV/AIDS, Alz/Dem, Assist with self administration of medication
